To Get It

I'm on a holiday. While holidaying, people engage in all sorts of exhausting activities such as scuba-diving, cat-sailing, wake-boarding, cart-racing, mountain-biking, beach volleyball and so on, all of this simply in order to relax. I suppose it works in a similar way for me. One of the most effective ways for me to relax is to write a good scene. So there you have it. I may be in the Caribbean, but I am currently in a friend's office attempting to write a good scene in order to become a happier, more relaxed person. I'm counting my blessings I have a man who totally gets this. Of course, in return I totally get it that he decided -only moments ago- he wants to get some focused work done and can only do so in Singapore. Now, our single-most important challenge in life is to make sure our son gets all this too.
